I've gotten the 16 P. Well Done Brisket Pho a couple of times here and it's always so good! The uncharge for extra meat is well worth it - Half of the ingredient container was packed with brisket. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was REALLY good. At first I was shocked at the price but when I drank the entire thing and was moving at the speed of light I realized it's probably a 2 serving size hahaha. Otherwise it had a REALLY good flavor. It was strong but also sweet!

The 18P. Pho Rare Steak & Well Done Brisket was delicious and warming, with fresh ingredients and great portion sizes for the price. The 7A. Fried Rangoon (6) and 2A. Spring Rolls (2) were very tasty! I would definitely ordrr from Pho To!

It seems all of the Pho places in the area keep decreasing their portion sizes - giving you smaller and smaller deli containers each time you order out. Vietopia hasn't done that. Portion sizes remain consistent, the broth is flavorful, and the ingredients are fresh. I will absolutely continue ordering from this place!
